'In These Shoes' began with 50 pairs of shoes that I sold to friends and family from under my stairs. My nickname is Sassy and soon ladies were asking if Sassy's shoes could come and do a shoe party in their home for their friends.

I quickly discovered ladies loved shoes and handbags as much as I did! Party dates flooded in and the business grew to the point where I couldn't keep up with the bookings! It was time to expand!

I currently have three party planners working along side me and our shop in Lymington opened in August 2009 with over 60 different styles to choose from! The shop is open 10am to 5:30pm Monday to Saturday.

Since shoes and handbags is the passion of so many of us ladies, I believe it should be a fun and pleasurable experience and I am aiming to provide an environment that is not only relaxed and sociable but also will encourage ladies to try on as many pairs of shoes as they like - even ones they wouldn't normally try!

My shop has a lounge area that is designed to feel just like your own front room - comfy sofa, television, the newspapers and refreshments are available - ideal if you have a bored husband on a Saturday afternoon shoe shopping expedition!
