Hours of Business

Our opening hours are Tuesday - Saturday, 10am - 5.30pm and by private appointment.

Party bookings can be made for any night of the week between Monday and Friday and also during the day by arrangement.

The store is a no smoking zone.

Purchases are made using payment methods of cash, cheques and all major credit and debit cards. We do not accept American Express or Diners Club.

Refunds

We want you to be delighted with the products we provide, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any item from us, we are happy for you to return it to us within 7 days of receipt.

All items are required to be returned to the shop either in person or by post. Goods must be returned in the original packaging, unused and with proof of purchase.

We will be happy to refund, exchange or issue a voucher to spend with us on a future occasion.

Please note:

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. If returning via the postal service, we recommend that you obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office and send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

We are unable to refund the original postage costs unless the products have proved to be faulty.

Refunds will be credited using your original method of payment and will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned items

Faulty Goods

We are very confident in our suppliers and have very few issues with faulty goods. However, should any product fail to give reasonable wear due to either defective workmanship or materials, we will be happy to replace or repair the item. In These Shoes operates under the Sale of Goods Acts.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Party's in Store

We can comfortably accommodate up to 25 people and are happy to run parties for any number of guests up to this level.

You are welcome to bring alcohol to your event. We provide glasses and will wash up.

Stock

All available stock is kept in store to be purchased and taken at the time of the event.

If stock is available to order, we will place order within 2 working days of receiving payment and advise you of delivery date.

Stock at a home party is available to take away on the day. However, if stock is ordered we will send purchase within the next 3 working days, by second class post or personally deliver to the hostess by mutual arrangement.

Hostess Commission

Hostess commission is awarded at 10% of the total party sales excluding the hostesses purchases once a sales target of £150.00 has been surpassed. Commission is to be used for personal purchases at the time of the event and cannot be carried over to a further date.

Commission cannot be taken as cash unless event is a fund raiser for registered charity. A receipt will be required.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are redeemable against any stock in store or at a party/event. Change will be given in vouchers if over £10.00 or cash if below £10.00.

No commission is payable to a hostess or organisation if gift vouchers are purchased or redeemed at a party or event.

Booking Fees

Events booked by organisations which are selling tickets to raise money will be charged £50 if the event is cancelled within 48 hours.

When providing In These Shoes with your contact details you are giving us consent to send communication to you about our latest products and special offers which we think may be of interest to you.

Opting out

All our communication with you offers you the right to opt out at any time.

Privacy

In These Shoes is compliant with the Data Protection Act. We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is a necessary part of providing a service by you, for example, to arrange for a product to be sent to you following an order.
